Pickle Legends is a pickleball game published by Hoodoo Ventures. It has no accounts and does not ask for your email, phone number or location.
What stays on your device
Your career, settings and purchases are saved on your phone only. Deleting the app deletes them.
What is sent to our server
- Leaderboards. If you enter a name, your match results and career standing (rank, season, titles) are posted under that name with a random player ID made by the app. Names are public.
- Feedback. Notes you send from the feedback button, with the screen and score at the time.
- Reports. If you report a leaderboard name, the reported name and player ID.
- Friends. If you have a created player, its name, look and skills are stored under a friend code so friends who have the code can play it. Results against friends (who won, the score) are kept as a head-to-head record and shown to that friend.
- Live matches. To start a live match, the two phones swap connection details (including network addresses) through our server, then connect directly to each other. The other player's phone can see your network address while you play. The connection details are deleted within a few minutes.
- Abuse limits. To stop spam, the server keeps a one-way hash of your network address for a day. The address itself is not stored.
Ads
The free version shows ads between matches, served by Google AdMob. If you allow tracking when iOS asks, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to choose ads. If you don't, ads are not personalised. Google's use of data is covered by Google's policy. The Pro Pass removes ads.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
Removing your data
